If you are planning to bid in a forthcoming auction via absentee, phone, or internet and have not participated in a previous sale, please contact us in advance to arrange for credit approval and deposit requirements. This is very important because without this we will not be able to process your bids. Your business is important to us and we shall do our best to accommodate your participation.

Pre-auction viewings and sales are free and open to the public without any obligation to bid or purchase. However it is a requirement to register for a paddle number prior to bidding and purchasing.

All lot items in the auction have a buyer’s premium of 20% of the final bid price (23% for online bidders). All lots are sold as is and all sales are final.

We strongly advise that prospective bidders personally view and conduct an examination prior to placing a bid. Please see our full terms and conditions.

Upon registration, we will hand you a paddle number, a card printed with your personal number for the sale. If you are successful in your bidding, the auction house notes down your paddle number and when you are done with your bidding, you can settle your purchase with the cashier even prior to the end of the sale. All paddle numbers are returned to the registration desk after the sale.
